Below is instructions on how to automate the two, meaning your Facebook status updates automatically upload on Twitter as a tweet. Linking your Facebook Page to your Twitter account can save you the headache of worrying about your Twitter account sitting dormant. You can also control what type of updates to share: status updates, links, photos, notes, events or all of them. If you have multiple Pages, you have the option to link each of those Pages to different Twitter accounts.
Step One
Go to www.facebook.com/twitter
If you are on your page it will ask to go to your personal profile. Allow
Ensure you click “Link a Page to Twitter” If you click Link My Profile to Twitter it will link your personal profile not your page. 
Step Two
Select the page you want to Link to Twitter and click button
Step Three
Click Authorise app blue button
Step Four
Below message will come up to say your page is linked
Step Five
Under your page name will be the settings. You can adjust accordingly
Step Six
To unlink from Twitter at any time go back to www.facebook.com/twitter, click Edit Settings under your page name then click the Unlink from Twitter
